What happens if I missed my delivery?
If you used the standard shipping service and your tracking shows a failed delivery attempt, you will need to either reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel from your local post office. You typically have 15 days from the first attempt to do this. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us.

My order arrived, but some items are missing. What should I do?
Please check:

  • Your dispatch emails, as a split order will generate separate emails and tracking numbers.
  • The receipt inside your parcel, which lists the items that should be in that specific package.
  • The parcel packaging for a sticker indicating a split order.
    If items are still missing according to your dispatch email, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Express shipping services cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please use an alternative address or select the Standard shipping service when ordering.

What are the shipping times and signature requirements?
If someone is home, a signature will be required. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with instructions. They will typically attempt redelivery up to 3 times on subsequent working days before returning the parcel to the depot.

How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order by visiting the order tracking page on our website. If you are unable to access your order status online, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  • It is available for eligible registered shipping addresses on the east coast only.
  • The subscription must be purchased at checkout and is non-refundable.
  • Delivery timescales are as stated at checkout and may vary during busy periods like Black Friday.
  • The service is for personal use only and not for business, resale, or wholesale purposes.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms or refuse membership.

Important Notices

  • We cover duty costs on all orders, but additional local taxes may apply.
  • You can ship to an alternative address (including business addresses) by unticking the ‘Shipping to same address’ box during checkout and entering the new details.
  • To ensure a smooth delivery, please always include the company name and a contact name for business addresses.
  • We are committed to preventing fraud. In cases of suspicious activity, such as claims of non-receipt without evidence or returning used items, we may withhold refunds and block associated accounts. If you believe this is an error, you can contact us to discuss.
  • If you need to dispute a delivery, you have 28 days from the date the carrier marks the order as delivered. We may request evidence before issuing any refund.
